The monograph is dedicated to the theoretical and methodical substantiation for enterprise material and technical base development management. The categorical basis of the research has been determined, conceptual provisions for set-up of the enterprise material and technical base development management have been elaborated and the ontological model of the corresponding management mechanism has been offered. The relevancy of consideration of the enterprise material and technical base development potential as a milestone for the elaborated mechanism has been confirmed. The integral assessment of such potential has been offered to be made based on using the hierarchic model of fuzzy logical conclusion which takes into account the efficiency of using the available combination of enterprise assets and business processes in combination with an opportunity for transformational review of such combination. The orientation for potential has allowed substantiating the parameters of the enterprise strategic behavior in the field of development of the material and technical base elements and defining peculiar features of its resource strategy. The strategic process is interconnected with creation of the organization-motivational provision of the enterprise material and technical base development management. The directions for improving the managerial influence implementation tools in the framework of possible variants of the enterprise strategic behavior have been defined.
